Ms. Zhang Fang brings a distinguished academic background and a heartfelt commitment to education to her role as Operation Manager at Kinder Academy.

She holds two acclaimed Master’s degrees from Europe’s leading institutions:

1. The Kiev State Linguistic University, Ukraine

MA in Russian Literature and English Pedagogy

Here, she developed deep insight into language, culture, and the art of teaching—laying the groundwork for her lifelong dedication to education.

2. Oslo University, Norway

MA in the History of Linguistics

Her studies in Norway further enriched her global perspective and analytical approach, nurturing a profound appreciation for language development, child communication, and educational philosophy.

In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Zhang is fluent in Mandarin, Ukrainian, English, and Vietnamese. Having spent nearly twenty years living in Europe, primarily in Ukraine and Norway, she has developed deep cultural sensitivity and a natural ability to connect with families and children from diverse backgrounds with grace and ease. She brings a rich blend of global perspective, professional dedication, and genuine compassion. Driven by an unwavering passion for education & a genuine love for children, she is wholeheartedly committed to serving the community by nurturing the next generation – children who grow with curiosity, resilience, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

As a mother of two daughters, she brings not only professional expertise but also the heart of a parent into Kinder Academy. Her sensitivity, warmth, and understanding of children’s emotional needs allow her to shape an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.

Mary Ann (Mrs.) – Head of Academic, Kinder Academy

Mary Ann is a distinguished educator with over 20 years of experience in Inclusive early childhood education, including 13 years serving as Head of School at nurseries. Since 2023, she has held the position of Head of Academic at Kinder Academy, where she leads a dedicated team in shaping a progressive, child-centred curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and holistic development.

Mary Ann is a steadfast believer that a strong foundation in the early years is essential for a child’s future, and she passionately embraces Kinder Academy’s philosophy of holistic, child-centred education designed to cultivate future thinkers. Her approach encourages children to explore, learn through play, develop life skills, and grow with confidence, joy, and a genuine love of learning.

Beyond her professional expertise, Mary Ann is a mother of two. This personal insight enables her to blend the compassion and intuition of a parent with extensive professional knowledge, creating a nurturing environment in which children can truly flourish. Together with Kinder Academy’s dedicated teaching team, she has helped shape a curriculum that is engaging, experiential, and joyful – supporting each child in becoming confident, knowledgeable, and happy.

Ana Paulina – Early Years Teacher (English-language instruction, Preschool), Kinder Academy

Ana Paulina is an experienced and passionate early years teacher with over five years of experience in international preschools across Vietnam. Professionally trained in linguistics and early childhood education, she brings both expertise and warmth to her teaching.

At Kinder Academy, Ana Paulina teaches young learners in English, skilfully delivering knowledge to children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Each of her classes is carefully planned in collaboration with her teaching assistants, offering rich and engaging content, diverse learning materials, and activities designed to support individual development, consistently earning the satisfaction and appreciation of parents.

Known for her warm smile, skillfulness, and genuine care, Ana Paulina has earned the trust and affection of students, parents, and colleagues alike. Her approach ensures that every child in her care learns with joy, curiosity, and confidence.

Crishell Jasmin – Early Years Teacher (English-language instruction, Nursery), Kinder Academy

Crishell Jasmin is a highly experienced, professionally trained native English-speaking teacher, with a particular passion for working with nursery-aged children. She brings meticulous guidance to every aspect of learning – from pronunciation, physical coordination, to emotional balance – infusing each lesson with love, care, and her deep dedication to early childhood education.

As one of the long-standing members of Kinder Academy, Crishell Jasmin has earned the full trust of parents for children aged 12–36 months. Her classes provide a nurturing and stimulating English-language environment, where the youngest learners feel safe, confident, and inspired to explore and grow.

Ms Trần Tiểu Mi – Early Years Teacher (Bilingual Curriculum), Kinder Academy

Ms. Trần Tiểu Mi is a young, enthusiastic, and caring early years teacher with a strong passion for nurturing young learners. She brings energy and inspiration to her students through her Vietnamese-language lessons.

Ms. Mi is responsible for the Vietnamese language curriculum. In addition to teaching Vietnamese, she actively supports teachers in English-language classes, demonstrating her proficiency in both Vietnamese (native) and English.

Her lessons are always engaging, enjoyable, and well-loved by the children, who eagerly participate in her activities and thrive under her guidance.

The Assistant Teacher Team, Kinder Academy

The Assistant Teacher Team at Kinder Academy consists of highly experienced teachers with university degrees and professional training in early childhood care. They play a pivotal role in supporting young learners, assisting with play-based activities, classroom learning, and child care, working closely with lead teachers.

The assistant teachers are proficient in both English and Vietnamese.

With their warmth, energy, and unwavering dedication, the team creates a nurturing, joyful, and inspiring environment where children feel valued and confident. Enrichment Teacher Team, Kinder Academy

The Enrichment Teacher Team at Kinder Academy, including specialists in swimming, music, sports, and visual arts, comprises educators who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to contributing to the wider community.

Through their engaging and carefully designed sessions, held once a week throughout the academic year, children eagerly participate and explore new skills, fostering creativity, confidence, and joy. Their enthusiasm and dedication have made these enrichment activities highly loved by students, adding vibrancy and richness to the Kinder Academy experience.
